MOMMY & ME: MONNALISA KIDS EVENT AT BLOOMINGDALE’S – DUBAI

In celebration of Italian kidswear brand Monnalisa’s new shop-in-shop, our Kids Department on the Second Floor was transformed into a creative playground where little girls played dress-up in the finest party dresses by Monnalisa while sipping tea and snacking on delectable treats.   The magical day was filled with colorful surprises as young girls entered the new Monnalisa space. A “Flower Shop” station was dedicated to roses - the symbol of Monnalisa. Each young girl was taught how to make lovely floral compositions during a hands-on activity using soil, seeds, leaves and flowers and then personalized with their mom’s name.   For those young girls who dream of becoming fashion designers, the “Let Me Design” station was filled with all the materials needed to create a personalized t-shirt. Every girl was given a white t-shirt with the Monnalisa logo, bows, flowers, pearls, beads, sequins, stencils and other appliqués to create their fashion masterpiece.   Lights – camera – action! Young girls became stars at our “Diva for a Day” station. After choosing a lovely dress from the Monnalisa collection and following a fun “hair and makeup” session, the girls posed and modelled for our professional photographer. The photo was then given to each girl as a memento.
